He kept me informed of the process and how long the process of selling my home would take. Mr. Levell treated me as if I was one of his family members. I had spoken with another real estate company before going to Remax 5 Star and received nothing but a run around and deception. This Remax 5 Star Company deserve all 5 stars. Not only did I sell my home in about 90 days, I received more money than I was expected. I can not thank Mr. Levell and Remax 5 Star Company enough. ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Lavell couldnt have gone better. Were new to the area but Lavelle is very knowledgable so he was able to guide us along in our search. Also, were moving in from out of town so doing a long distance search adds some challanges. But he did a great job of staying on top of houses as they came onto the market then researched them if it would be something wed be interested in seeing in person. In not too much time we were able to purchase a house that is more than we hoped for and its absolutely perfect for us. And at a great price too. We couldnt be happier with the experience, and were thrilled with our new home.

ZillowVERIFIEDI would to begin this review by saying, Thank you, thank you, thank you! Lavell was more than helpfulthroughout my home buying process. He was very willing to accommodate virtual showings because my family lives out of state. He also worked closely with my father who lives in town, which was great. During this time we found the house we wanted to put a bid on but, someone else beat us to it. I was very discouraged so I told him I was going to stop looking all together. He told me he would something else for me. Wouldnt you know it, that offer fell through and he contacted me immediately. He stuck with me and now I am the proud owner of that home. He was extremely helpful and patient during the entire process. Lavell did not treat us like a sale, I felt he genuinely wanted to help my family get into our forever home and we are very grateful.
