We were referred to Lauryn and from our first meeting, we had a sense that she would take a more thoughtful, analytic and creative approach to selling our home. We had previously struggled with finding buyers in a tough market, using a discount online broker. Lauryn went above and beyond with a custom youtube video featuring our home and the area, loads of pre-market outreach and efforts to get a sense of what might resonate with buyers and to validate pricing before going live, and even putting together a guide for the surrounding area. Other brokers we've worked with in the past sort of guessed at a market price, or would default to $/sqft which we knew wouldn't reflect the uniqueness of our property. Lauryn was able to capture the value of our beautiful home and property and we received two offers in a matter of weeks, in a tough market. She was on top of every detail and undeterred by challenges along the way, really leaning in to find solutions which was invaluable since we were no longer in the area. We really felt Lauryn would be an advocate for our interests, not just push to close a deal, and she had great insights and wisdom. Lauryn is a true professional and worth every penny - we would recommend her to anyone!

Lauryn and her team took great care of me from start to finish or my townhouse purchase. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a real estate transaction. I found Lauryn based on her insightful and very practical LinkedIn posts. From the first phone call we had, I knew she was completely locked in to the housing market was following trends in Denver very closely. Lauryn went to great lengths to make sure I was protected during the transaction. I was an out of state buyer so any number of things could have gone wrong ... instead, her high level of organization really created a smooth process.
