We were referred to Lauryn and from our first meeting, we had a sense that she would take a more thoughtful, analytic and creative approach to selling our home. We had previously struggled with finding buyers in a tough market, using a discount online broker. Lauryn went above and beyond with a custom youtube video featuring our home and the area, loads of pre-market outreach and efforts to get a sense of what might resonate with buyers and to validate pricing before going live, and even putting together a guide for the surrounding area.
