We went with their deluxe package for staging, photos and advertising. They all (their preferred vendors as well) are a well-oiled machine. All I had to do was listen to Tonya and deliver on her needs (clear out the house, fix a couple things around the house and make sure paperwork was up to snuff) and then she and her team took care of the rest. I only had to show up to let people into the house so that their magic could take place. We were able to get an offer on the first day and eventually sold the house in the following weeks. If you go with the Wall Team and trust their processes, it will pay off for you. It has for me and my family three times now.
