Prior to getting her real estate license Laurie freelanced for Attorneys and Title Insurance Companies doing the title research on property. Her knowledge in that industry helps her understand survey or title issues that might arise. Her objective as a Buyer's agent is to show you homes which meet your Needs and Wants, negotiate the best price, while providing the most protection with the least amount of stress. Her objective as a Sellers's agent is to provide the highest net, most protection, least amount of stress and sell within your time frame. Laurie lives on Logan Martin Lake with her husband Jay. She enjoys traveling, being on the lake and spending quality time with family & friends but most of all her 4 grandsons~Asher, Arlan, Urijah & Zeke and their parents~Heather & Matt, Chelsea & Blaise.
