Laurie is the absolute best to work with. We reached out to her on a Sunday night about the ONE property we wanted to buy and she was at our house the next day and we were in our dream home 34 days later. She got our house on the market so fast (and we signed an offer 3 days after that) and pulled so many strings to get us a same day close on both properties. She responded to every single text, call, email so quickly it didnt matter the time of day (or night). When it came time to sell our house she negotiated everything for us and got us such a smooth close on both properties. If there were any hiccups at all we never knew. Her and her daughter were truly the best to work with - she got us everything we wanted and more and was up front and honest through the whole ordeal. She knew we would only move if we could get the house we bought or wed stay put and she said shed get us our dream house and really came through, we cant recommend her enough.

Kayla helped us purchase our first home. Not only are we new to the home-buying process, but we are also new to the area. I am so grateful that we were able to work with Kayla. She was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, prompt, and went out of her way to help us get into our dream home. The market in NH is very tough for buyers right now, especially first-time home buyers in our price range. Thanks to Kayla, she guided us through the whole process from attending our first open house all the way to closing. She went above and beyond, attending open houses on our behalf, asking the right questions to the sellers, and using her knowledge about the specific intricacies and nuances of homes in New Hampshire. She also was very helpful during the negotiation, inspection and closing process. She was able to negotiate on our behalf after the inspection saving us lots of time and money, we are very grateful! Some of the homes we looked at had area-specific things we were unfamiliar with, like wells, certain heating systems, foundations, etc., which made us a little nervous. With Kaylas local experience, she was able to explain what we needed to look out for and what was normal. We are very appreciative that we got to work with Kayla.
