We worked with Dave when he was the selling agent of our home. We liked him so much we insisted on using him again when it was time for us to sell. Dave went above and beyond his duties as a realtor. He is so easy to work with, and always willing to lend a hand. When it was almost open house day, he came over and even assisted with cleaning our hedges and setting up our home! He even took all the late night phone calls whenever we had a simple question. We have referred Dave to all of our friends and family, and if we ever end up selling again, we will only use Dave. We knew Laurie from when she helped us purchase our home back in 2005. Twenty years later we went back to her for help selling so we could down-size into a smaller home. Over the past few years we had done several upgrades and those really helped. After viewing our home in-person Laurie was convinced we could pursue a higher asking price than what we were initially thinking. But with newly remodeled primary bath, remodeled kitchen, and new Hardie siding, along with our fully finished basement and pool we could get the higher price that we got very quickly. Our home was on the market for 10 days before we got the asking price. There were several areas where Laurie's experience was very helpful. She give us great tips on what things didn't need more attention (like re-surfacing the driveway) and what areas to focus on (general de-cluttering and getting the pool and surrounding landscaping into great shape). During the time after we were considering the offer Laurie helped us to negotiate some important things we wanted to keep and not to include in the home sale. He ability to stress the cost of many of the upgrades and furniture that the buyers wanted resulted in an equitable situation which led us to accepting the offer. We didn't have to give more than we were comfortable with. Laurie's communications were quick and useful. Text messages most of the time worked fine, but email when we needed to share documents was also part of our productive time leading up to the closing. We're very glad that Laurie saw the value in our home and all the upgrades we had put into it. The Zestimate and other pricing web sites did not have the price as high as what Laurie was able to get for us. This is due to her taking the time to fully review all the upgrades and costs that went into them. We'd be delighted to work with Laurie again if their situation arises. We highly recommend her, particularly for homes in the Auburn NH area.

Working with Laurie was one of the best experiences. It is nice to have someone who takes care of every issue from start to finish. After losing a bid on the first home we wanted we changed to Laurie and in a super competitive market she was able to win the bid on the two homes we wanted! (One home had 20 appts and 5 cash offers the first day). In addition, she got us substantially more on selling our home than any other agent. Other agents were wanting to list our home for as much as 40% less, but with her extensive knowledge of our neighborhood she brought in a qualified buyer in the first day and we got over asking. Cannot say enough about how experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with Laurie is. Wish we had started with her from day one, but we found her in the end and it made our life so much easier and stress free and we benefited from the over asking sale price as well. BRAVO...so hard to find someone who works so hard these days!
