As a longtime resident of the Southern Oregon Coast, I've called Gold Beach home since 1984. With over 17 years of real estate experience, I bring both local knowledge and professional expertise to every transaction. My background includes years in the Curry County Assessor's Office and title services, which gives me an in-depth understanding of property values, zoning, and the unique details of buying and selling in our coastal communities. Whether you're searching for your first home, a vacation property, land, or an oceanfront retreat, I provide straightforward guidance, clear communication, and dedication to getting results. My clients appreciate my responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to making the process smooth and stress-free. Beyond real estate, my husband and I own a local food business, Crave Mini Donuts, and we love being part of community events throughout Curry and Coos Counties. Family, faith, and community are at the heart of everything I do. If you're considering buying or selling along the Southern Oregon Coast, I'd love to be your trusted resource. Let's connect and talk about your goals.

FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start by getting pre-approved so you know what price range you’re comfortable with — that also shows sellers you're serious. From there, focus on location first. Homes can be changed over time, but location can't. I always recommend buyers take their time, ask a lot of questions, and never feel rushed. In a competitive market like ours on the Southern Oregon Coast, it's important to be ready to move quickly when the right property comes along — and that's where having an experienced local agent by your side makes a big difference.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
First impressions matter — so start by making sure your home is clean, clutter-free, and well-lit. Small improvements like fresh paint, trimmed landscaping, or updated fixtures can go a long way. Pricing is also key: overpricing can cause your home to sit on the market, while strategic pricing often attracts stronger offers. I also recommend choosing an agent who understands your local market and can provide a customized marketing plan. I use professional photos, local outreach, digital exposure, and tools like Homebot to put your property in front of serious buyers.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, vacation home buyers, retirees relocating to the Southern Oregon Coast, and sellers looking to move up or downsize. I also have experience managing rental properties and assisting out-of-area buyers who need extra guidance with long-distance purchases. No matter the situation, my goal is always to make the process smooth, transparent, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite recent transactions involved helping a couple relocate to the Southern Oregon Coast after years of dreaming about it. They were buying from out of state, so communication and trust were critical. I previewed homes for them, sent detailed videos, and answered every question — big or small — quickly and thoroughly. We found the perfect home that matched their needs, negotiated a great deal, and coordinated the entire process remotely until they could arrive for closing. It was rewarding to not only find them the right home but to also make what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and exciting.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
Real estate wasn’t something I originally planned — it found me through a friend who encouraged me to give it a try. At the time, I already had years of experience working in escrow, title, and at the county assessor’s office, so I understood the behind-the-scenes details that many agents don’t always see. Once I stepped into real estate, it just clicked. Helping people buy or sell a home felt like the perfect fit, and I realized I could use my background to make the process smoother and less stressful for my clients. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes — before becoming a Realtor, I worked extensively in escrow, title, and the county assessor’s office. This background gives me a strong understanding of the legal, financial, and property valuation sides of real estate, which many agents don't have. It allows me to better anticipate challenges, explain complex parts of the transaction clearly, and protect my clients' interests throughout the buying or selling process. My goal is to make sure every client feels confident, informed, and well-represented.
