Laurie was an exceptional agent to work with, especially as we were first time home buyers. With her years of experience, she was able to guide us on what to look for when looking at homes for sale and once we were ready, she had great recommendations for mortgage lenders. We ended up buying a house where Laurie was also the seller's agent. Due to the type of loan we needed to get, it was a complicated and very long process, but Laurie was so professional, responsive and patient with us and for communications purposes, it made it even easier that she was the seller's agent as well. I have had the opportunity to work with Laurie on a couple of occasions now. The first was when she helped my wife and I find our first home, a townhouse in Wakefield MA. As this was our first real-estate purchase we relyed on her heavly to walk us through the entire process. Which she 100% did making us comfortable with every decision that had to be made. Fast forward 8 years when we were ready to sell the townhouse and find a perfect single family for my wife and daughter. I knew the first call I needed to make was to Laurie. She helped us put a plan together to sell the townhouse and feel comfortable with the process and timeliness to find our new home. As we looked to move outside our original geography Laurie worked even harder to understand the market in each area in order to help us identify the house she knew we were looking for.
