This is a case where I wish there were more than 5 stars! I have benefited from Lauren's skills on both ends of the deal aEUR" buying and selling a home. Shes a professional who knows real estate and, more importantly, the stress involved in changing homes. She suggested service people, staged my home and made recommendations to increase it's saleability without spending money unnecessarily. (Beware - she might make it look so good you won't want to sell it, but the purchaser will love it as much as you do and that could mean a better offer!) She knows the perfect balance of patience and motivation (and it helps that shes funny!). The fact is, she went above-and-beyond my expectations in every single circumstance. I couldn't imagine having gone through buying or selling a home without her by my side. On a scale of 1 to 5, Lauren's a 10!

Lauren and Leigh Ann helped us sell a property that we didn t live in. My parents are very senior and itWas difficult for them to get to the property. We were also selling in the middle of the pandemic. They made the entire process painless. They helped us get the house ready, staging it, finding all the people need to fix it up, and mee ting every worker at the home when needed. Many of the initial showings were virtual and they went to the home for every in person showing. We got 3 offers in 2 weeks, and they kept getting higher each time! We had our house listed for 6 months and ran into a few obstacles. Once we listed with Leigh Ann our experiences became more positive. Leigh Ann not only coached us through the process but came up with creative ways to bring in more potential buyers. Our house became the top viewed in Nanuet and sustained that for the entire listing period. She ran open houses weekly and revised listing details as needed.
