This is a case where I wish there were more than 5 stars! I have benefited from Lauren's skills on both ends of the deal aEUR" buying and selling a home. Shes a professional who knows real estate and, more importantly, the stress involved in changing homes. She suggested service people, staged my home and made recommendations to increase it's saleability without spending money unnecessarily. (Beware - she might make it look so good you won't want to sell it, but the purchaser will love it as much as you do and that could mean a better offer!) She knows the perfect balance of patience and motivation (and it helps that shes funny!). The fact is, she went above-and-beyond my expectations in every single circumstance. I couldn't imagine having gone through buying or selling a home without her by my side. On a scale of 1 to 5, Lauren's a 10!
