I have owned several houses in my lifetime, and as a result I have worked with a number of realtors. Lauren was, by far, the best realtor we have ever had. She was exceptionally patient with us as we slowly identified what we were looking for in a home, and as another client put it so eloquently, she is a "tiger on the other side." In other words, she is fierce negotiator, and will work tirelessly to get you a great deal on the home you love. She attended our house inspection with us, and even brought a contractor with her to give us ideas on updates and rough estimates, additionally displaying a level of commitment above and beyond even your above-average real estate agent.
