One of my favorite recent transactions involved helping a young couple purchase their first home. They had been renting for years and were understandably nervous about such a big step. What stood out most was the closing day: the buyers were glowing with excitement, and the sellers, who had raised their kids in the home, felt good about passing it on to a new family who would cherish it just as much. It was a win-win, and those are the best kind of deals.
