She handled the three hour time difference so professionally, I often forget it was there. She went above an beyond to make sure the house was in good shape and ready for us to move there. Her knowledge of the area, insight, knowledgeability of house issues and fixes, and just plain compassion and kindness are 10/10. We never felt like she was in a hurry to make a sale.
