Andrew was recommended to us by a trusted friend and from the very first conversation, he proved why he is great at his job. Andrew was super responsive and supportive through what is a complicated process to sell our home and we appreciate the white glove service he provided to us. His sales proposal for our house was modern and thorough and he gave us confidence up front that he was up for the task. He brought in an incredible photographer, who not only took incredible shots but also set up an interactive floor plan view to help buyers understand the layout of this 4 story townhouse. From there, Andrew did his job professionally and with a smile whether for the open house, brokers open, or the handful of private showings we had before getting an all cash offer. While no real estate transaction is completely free of drama, Andrew handled every twist and turn with care, communicated with us clearly and completely, and got us over the finish line in record time. If I were to need a home in the future in LA, I would hire Andrew again with zero reservations as he showed that he was an agent who went above and beyond to support us throughout the process and securing us a very competitive offer.
