Lauren and Dorothy were wonderful. Theyve been doing this a long time and they know exactly how to do a listing, find a buyer, handle the closing, and do all the paperwork for the sale. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We had complete confidence that our house would sell quickly, as they said it would, and that they would handle everything properly and efficiently, which they did. They even had suggestions of good contractors to use so we could take care of the items on our inspection list that needed to be fixed quickly. Their process was so easy and not stressful at all. I actually felt like they held my hand through the entire process so everything would go smoothly for us. I would definitely recommend these realtors to my family and friends.
