We used Lauren to buy the house 3 years ago. Our experience at that time was nothing but positive. Several years have come and gone and sadly we needed to move on from the lovely community of Livingston. It is now June of 2025 and Lauren was our choice of realtor once again. And again she delivered. We couldn't be happier with her service. This was an out of town buyer and she skillfully managed the negotiation as well as all the tactical details of working through a punch list after the P&S agreement was signed. We had a GREAT experience working with Lauren to sell our house. She is wonderful to work with, super responsive on time-sensitive issues and made the selling process easy and seamless. When we learned we were moving for a new job opportunity out of state, Lauren jumped into action and had our house listed on the market within days. She had an excellent photographer who also took drone photos, which definitely helped showcase our house and property.
