I had used another local agent to try to sell my house but she messed up numerous things from the start from the contract to showings, you name it. I hardly had any showings and was thankful when my contract was up with her. I had heard about Lauren from numerous people and at first was a little hesitant just because of the horrible time I had had with the other agent but luckily I called Lauren. What a relief it was to have someone on my side and more than willing to WANT to sell my house! And in no time whatsoever, my house sold.
