Lauren Boutin specializes in the Rochester and surrounding area markets. As a Rochester native, Lauren's knowledge of the local geography helps assist clients with all types of residential real estate endeavors. Lauren has prided herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her clients' best interests. While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate and friendly partner to ease the stress of buying and selling. Prior to forming Boutin & Company, she had been a licensed agent for 4 years with nearly $20M in closed volume, and a licensed transaction coordinator for 7 of the Metro KW offices.

Before entering the real estate business, Lauren worked in the restaurant industry for ten years and obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato. An avid explorer of the city, she loves to try new restaurants and check out local music and neighborhood festivals. You can find Lauren educating locals on craft beer or exercising her Brittany Spaniel at the nearby State Parks.
