ZillowVERIFIEDIt is with great disappointment that I write this review of Lauren Bond. We had previously built our home with the help of Lauren when she was with Century 21. We gave little thought to when we hired her to sell that same home 5 years later. That was a mistake. We had a very bad experience working with Lauren throughout the entire process of selling our home with her as our listing agent. She consistently failed to meet our expectations through our home sale process. She reliably had bad communication with us regarding even the simplest details. Our difficult experience came to a head when she failed to put our home back on the market (after we had a deal fall through) in the timeframe that was communicated to us. She was then out of town and unavailable. I heard from another agent that our house was not on the market. I attempted to fire Lauren, as we lost a precious weekend to have our home available for sale. She held us hostage to our listing agreement with her and would not let us out of our contract.Now in an uncomfortable working relationship, and once our home was vacant, she continued to drop the ball. She assured us that once our home was vacant she would step up and take care of the little details. Long story short, it didnt happen. It was a very uncomfortable transaction. I wish we had gone with another agency.
