I cannot recommend Laurelie enough! I had been searching for the perfect apartment for months, and I found one on a Saturday evening while browsing the internet. Despite it being late in the day, Laurelie was available and scheduled a video tour for me early the next morning, on a Sunday no less! Laurelie helped us to buy our first property in Miami. As out of state buyers she did a great job at the beginning in helping us understand different neighborhoods in Miami, their pros and cons, she took time to show us around while always being very patient. She listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to provide recommendations accordingly. Once we shortlisted our buildings of interest and got to the phase of making offers, she was always very fast and diligent in the follow-through which resulted in us securing an offer relatively fast given the then current market conditions. During the closing process we have come across some complications from the Buyers side but thanks to Laurelies drive and passion to win, as well as her strong network, we were able to resolve all the roadblocks and close on time which was an important factor for us. On top of that, and as a huge additional value add Laurelie can provide to all the buyers looking for an investment property is her profound experience with short term rentals in the Miami market, all the ins and outs, and the many valuable insights which helped us tremendously while successfully setting up our first short term rental property. I cant recommend her enough and cant wait myself to work with her again the future to acquire additional properties in the sunny Miami area.
