Submitted a request for information about a lot through Zillow. We spoke on the phone, and she had not reviewed the request fully. After restating the original request for information, Laura was going to get additional information and call back. Never heard back from her. Lack of follow-up on a potential opportunity is a big red flag in my book.

Laura was awesome. She helped us to buy a home without actually seeing it first due to circumstances out of our control. She took tons of video, always responded fast, and was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. Several times Laura would answer questions I had at all hours of the night.
