Laura was amazing. My mother in law broke her hip and needed to move out of NJ after 40 years in the same home. We have bought/sold 6 homes but never in NJ so her expertise was invaluable. From our first call to the one I had just a week ago where she was checking on how we are settling in, Laura has felt like a friend. Her attention to detail, her knowledge of the area and her ability to make you feel like she has all the time in the world for only you, makes her an excellent agent. Laura got to know our needs and wants well enough that she saved us many trips from the city to Montclair. She would go to brokers open houses and take meticulous mental notes and let us know what was worth our time and what wasnt. When we were ready to bid she did lots of research on exactly what we should be bidding at. Real Estate talk is the norm here in Montclair and we have met many people who looked for several years and lost several bidding wars. We lost only one home and got our dream home weeks later. Our home involved tough negotiation and Laura helped us to craft an offer with terms that enticed the sellers to chose us. When it came time to close she was helpful in getting vendors in to quote work and complete work even though they had waiting lists.
