Laura is the best! First off, if you contact her, do so directly. I thought I did by going through a website link provided by FastExpert, but this website was just theirs and going though it causes realtors to have to share 25% of their commission with FastExpert. I was already sold on contacting Laura directly with out reading FE's additional reviews and should have just googled her RE/MAX office number. It would have been more honest of FastExpert to explain that fact upfront. To make up for it, I vow to share Laura's name with anyone looking for a realtor. Out of all the realtors I've worked with, she was the most professional, insightful, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. When discussing making an offer on the home I ended up purchasing, I never felt like she was in a rush to just make the sale. We discuss options and came up with a plan to help me leverage my cash offer under asking and still ask the owner to make some important repairs. The process went more smoothly due to her work keeping all parties involved so there were no surprises or delays. Kudos to her team Evan and Chuck as well, they helped out tremendously whenever there was a short notice need. Couldn't be happier with the work Laura did to make the home purchase possible!

When we originally started looking for a house we had contacted a different agent but after feeling a lot of pressure, we reached out to Laura on a recommendation. Laura called within the day and not only asked about what we wanted and what we were looking for, did not rush the process and we felt like she was actually listening to us. Laura explained every step along the way and was willing to answer the hundreds of questions we had as first time home buyers. Laura was dedicated and would get home showings set up within usually a day of us seeing them. We knew she had other clients but we always felt that she would make time for us and answer the smallest question. After seeing over 15 houses and feeling discourages, Laura reassured that it take time and that she will be with us for as long as it will take for us to find our home. When we did find out home, Laura was able to walk us through how to make an offer and explain her logic behind offers. It is clear to me that Laura is incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market and home buying process and has connections to get questions answered. While our house buy process was not a lengthy one, we will reach out to Laura when the time comes to purchase our next house.

Laura Soride is AMAZING!!! Laura made our first time home buying experience very smooth and an enjoyable one. I have heard of horrible stories but that wasn't our case. You can trust Laura as she is VERY knowledgeable with the whole process. Laura kept us informed on everything that was happening. She is always there when you need her even after you close and she is quick to respond emails/texts.One thing I also liked about Laura was that the whole process wasn't just a "transaction" but she made it a point to also get to know us personally. When we went for the home inspection, she did it as if it was her own home and knew exactly what to look for. I highly recommend Laura, she is the best!!!
