As a second generation agent (with 4 members of my family in the same profession), real estate is definitely in my blood. I keep the best interests of my clients in mind at all times. The experience of buying or selling a home can be stressful. However, with hard work and by keeping my clients informed throughout the process, I can make the transaction as smooth and comfortable as possible. The fact that over 90 percent of my business is from referrals speaks volumes to their level of trust and satisfaction. In early 2007, I opened Slyman Real Estate, Inc. with the goal of hiring like-minded agents. Our agents are the hardest working in Knoxville. My educational background consists of a bachelor's degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. I hold the Graduate of Realtor's Instutute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and the Certified Residential Specialist designations (a designation of only 3% of all real estate agents nationwide). As one of the few female auctioneers in Tennessee, I can help someone decide whether selling via the traditional MLS method or via auction is better for their situation. My years of experience and lifetime of knowledge of the Knoxville market make me uniquely qualified to meet and exceed my client's expectations.
