Laura was there for every step of the process. She handled everything perfectly from house cleaning to closing. She was always available when we needed her. She was very thorough and always explained everything to us, covering all of the important things that we needed to know. We didnt know if Hurricane Helene was going to affect the sell of our house. Even in the wake of this natural disaster she was able to guide us not just successfully but honorably through to the end. Laura was so knowledgeable and helpful in selling our house. I think we understand what having a pro really means. She works hard for you, not just in lip service. I had mentioned I didn't know if the person mowed the lawn and she went by the house to check. I feel she was excellent in every area. I would definitely use her and refer friends because I know they will be taken care of. She communicates well and keeps everyone in the loop. There's no guessing and I really appreciated that. Although there were many houses for sell in Kenilworth, she very accurately predicted how long she thought the property would be on the market and she was right on.
