We were listing a home at the very high end of the price range in Hamblen county. They met with us before hand to discuss their nationwide marketing strategy and also help us understand how to prepare our property for sale. They arranged for professional photos and videos resulting in high visibility and interest. For each showing they were always early, and prepared. This was key as the buyers realtor , Laurie D, from Remax was 45 minutes late to the first showing and 20 minutes late to the second showing. They stepped in and showed our home to the prospective buyers and answered all of their questions. They sold our home in less than 3 weeks when there was a 10 month inventory. All through the process they kept us informed and managed every detail promptly. We highly recommend Laura and Tiffany. There are lots of realtors to choose from. These two are the best!
