Covid-19 lock-down hit as soon as I showed up and slowed the process down. My realtor in California hooked me up with Lauras office and from our first phone call, Laura was great. She asked me what I was looking for and tailored her searches and reviewed the hits before submitting them for my review. After two plus months we were finally able to look at homes in person and not virtual. Laura was great. Very personable and a wealth of knowledgeable about the areas I was looking. After viewing the houses on my favorites list, we found my home. Lake front property, move in condition, nice neighbors, and a sunset view to die for. We made an offer and got selected. I worked with a mortgage loan company that her office recommended and when it came to closing, everything went smoothly. Id definitely recommend Laura if you are in the market to purchase or sell a home.
