Laura and her team (Ty and Lexie) were an absolute pleasure to work with for our first home purchase in the Bay Area. She is an expert in how to navigate the home-buying process, was attentive to our criteria for our home purchase, and has many connections to other realtors and home improvement specialists. We toured over a dozen homes with Laura, and at each home, she pointed out the good and the things to scrutinize to be sure we considered all factors before deciding whether to move forward with an offer. She is pointed out things that we didnt even consider when thinking about evaluating homes, including tree roots potentially growing into the foundation of one home and un-permitted home upgrades for a second home. Laura also has an unbelievable number of connections to every trade you can think of when it comes to home-buying and diligence: lenders, contractors, engineers, arborists, garage door specialists, cleaners, HVAC specialists. For one home, she called up her go-to contractor to consult on a home on-site the next day to make sure we were comfortable with moving forward with an offer. In the offer and negotiation process, Laura truly advocates for her clients. Shes skilled at countering, while also ensuring we have an attractive offer. During the closing process, she successfully negotiated to have a number of concessions from the seller that were concerning to us after our own independent inspection. We cant recommend Laura enough. We joke that we didnt want the home-buying process to end because Laura maintains such a positive attitude and is very fun to just hang out with.
