Adding some landscaping, or mulch to current gardens can go along way. Hiding clutter and repainting walls that need an update can help tremendously. Take down your personal pictures and add a simple piece of wall decor instead. A buyer needs to be able to walk into a house and picture themselves living there, staging your house properly can lead to a faster sell.
