I wanted to buy a property during covid19 from out of state for my son going to graduate school in Pittsburgh. Nick masterfully planned for me and my son to face time and visit several properties live, very efficiently and promptly communicated with the other agents, clearly explained the entire process and effectively ensured that all steps were followed on my behalf. He was flexible and always available for all inspections, no matter how many and what time of the day. Due to major problems with the property, I had to terminate the contract and he explained all terms and conditions. When I was going back and forth whether to proceed or not, Nick was very patient and always promptly responded to all my texts and calls (even the 5 am or 11 pm texts!) Nick provided his opinion and constructive suggestions without being pushy and always said the final decision was mine. I will DEFINITELY return to Nick for any new property purchase.

Shannon was helpful during the entire process from our initial meeting to talk about our needs and her role for us all the way till closing. Shannon was always very responsive and let us know if there was ever a time where she would be unavailable so we knew she wasn't ignoring us. I have dealt with realtors before that only see their goal as getting people into the most expensive house their lenders will allow but Shannon was willing to show us anything we wanted. During our walkthroughs she was very knowledgeable and was willing to give her opinion when asked and was ready to point out red flags about houses so that we were aware before we made any decisions. When we found the house we wanted she was super helpful with the end process from making an offer all the way to closing. If we had a question she had the answer. She helped calm our stressed out nerves many times and helped reassure us that we were making a good choice. She made this a wonderful experience and we will be recommending her every time someone is looking for a realtor.
