From homeless to homeowner LaTosha Davis understands that sweet moment of gratitude and pride homeownership can bring to her clients. Relocating from Joliet IL to Mesa AZ in 2005, she had been an east valley resident for 12 years before purchasing her home in Buckeye in 2017. Now LaTosha knows Buckeye, Surprise, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Tolleson, Glendale, Peoria, and surrounding areas well. Navigating the backroads and frequently visiting Estrella Foothills and Verrado for hiking and her daughter's dance competitions, she is very familiar with the area. After 8+ years in residential new home construction, she knew it was time to pursue her dreams of being a Realtor. Managing vendor relationships with over 2500 trade partners across 7 territories means she is no newcomer to the components of new home process beginning to end.
