Thanks to TJ and Alex's hard work they got my house staged and sold quickly. They provided good feedback on getting my house ready for sale. Prepped a comprehensive showing packag, did an open house, and put cute notes around the home telling about the features. They helped us negotiate with the buyers and got us closed quickly. When I tell you that TJ and Alex go above and beyond I'm not exaggerating. I have never had a better experience selling a home. TJ made sure that the entire process was explained to me and that I was comfortable with all of her suggestions. When it was decided that the house needed a little work, she not only connected me with an amazing contractor, but she calmed my fears about spending the money assuring me that not only would it help the house sell, but that I would easily recoup the money. She was 100% right. Not only did my house sell in 3 days, but the work that was done made me want to move back in and not sell! Not only was she amazingly kind and gracious there was a very personal touch to the way she sold the home. There were signs in the rooms pointing out the features to potential buyers. The house was photographed beautifully and the write up on the house brought in a lot of traffic! We had multiple offers and she helped me through the process of choosing an offer with such care. She truly had my best interest at heart when it came to what decisions were made. At closing, she not only brought me several gifts, but they were truly personalized just for me and my family. I can't say enough about TJ and her husband Alex. I will be singing her praises and recommending her to anyone that needs a realtor. You can't do better than TJ. I wish had another house to sell so I could hang out with her again. You will never regret your decision to make her your realtor.
