LaShandra Jackson

My name is LaShandra Jackson, aka "ShawnTheCloser", I was born and raised in Central Florida. I'm a native of Sumter County, FL and I moved to Marion County, FL in 1997. I previously worked as a Juvenile Probation Counselor for 4 years and spent 15 years as an Elementary School Teacher. I'm often asked why I chose to become a realtor. To say the least, I purchased my first home in my early twenties, and I did not have a well-informed realtor. I promised myself to one day become a realtor after that experience. One of my goals is to educate my customers about the process of buying and selling real estate, and my other goal is to build relationships that go beyond the closing table. I live by the motto "Treat others how you want to be treated!" One of my favorite quotes is from Maya Angelou and states "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." I look forward to educating and helping customers achieve their real estate goals!
