My wife and I were having a lot of doubts about selling or renting our house after several marketing attempts. We invited Larry at MASTROPIERI GROUP, and after a conversation, I asked Larry the following question: When is the best time to sell my house? He answered me with the following: "The best time to sell your house is when you're determined and ready to sell it." At that moment, I realized I was dealing with a realtor who wasn't interested in putting my house on the market just to try to sell it. So I decided to work with him. I said, "I'm not ready to sell it, but I am ready to rent it." I had countless offers before, where everyone promised to sell my house in 90 days. Larry was the only one who didn't promise anything. Larry was sincere at all times, he instilled a lot of confidence in me, and he was very professional. I had constant contact with a professional who is truly dedicated to his work. In every appointment, we were informed in real time about the property's progress. The house was rented in less than 30 days.
