Larry Ilfeld

Larry Ilfeld serves as a Managing Director for SVN, Albuquerque, specializing in the sale of land and commercial properties in New Mexico. Ilfeld has 35 years commercial real estate experience and has completed hundreds of transactions totaling more than $400 million. Prior to joining SVN, Ilfeld owned his own commercial real estate company, Ilfeld & Co LLC. Previously he served as a commercial real estate broker for Stebbins Commercial Properties in Manchester, New Hampshire. A notable land transaction was the sale of a $13 million, 141 acre, mixed-use land property in Cabezon Communities, Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The property had been entitled and master planned through a partnership with a leading area developer. Ilfeld is member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Commercial Association of REALTORS of New Mexico (CARNM), the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) and holds the CCIM designation from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute and the Accredited Land Consultant- Advanced (ALC-Advanced) designation from the REALTORS Land Institute. He received his Bachelor degree in Political Science from Boston University.
