I am an investor and I have dealt with many realtors and property managers in the past. I was a little disappointed in many people I had worked with in the past in Porterville. I had a terrible experience with a major local property management company so I decided to manage my properties directly. My tenant was going to move out during Christmas/New Year. I was out of the country until middle of January. As much as I hated using a property agent, I had no choice under that situation. I interviewed some agents and was pleasantly surprised to find Sean. Although he is young, he is very knowledgeable and very passionate about his profession. I was very impressed by him but I did have prejudice because I expected agents to be older. Soon I realized I was wrong. The moving out tenant was very happy with the move-out process. Sean treats my property like his own. He kept me informed through emails while I was away. He made me feel so at ease with getting the right tenant for my house and continues to manage this property for me.
