Larry was so knowledgeable and good at describing the process that it was easy to make decisions with confidence. He described comparable properties in the area and knew details about how those deals went so that I could weigh options about how to price the home. During a walk-through, he pointed out what issues were priorities to resolve based on what may turn off prospective buyers. The home went on the market the day after I had it ready, and within the first week, he forwarded me many good offers and offered his advice on selecting the best offer. It was about six weeks from our initial walkthrough to the closing; only possible because Larry stayed in contact with me and helped make decisions. The result is that I'm confident that I got the best possible deal in the most timely fashion.
