This was especially important as we ran across a difficult situation resulting from a buyer that tried to scam us. Long story short, due to an unconventional inspection they demanded, we had to go through a difficult process to prove that no problems existed. ZillowVERIFIEDOver the last 22 years Larry has handled 7 real estate transactions for us. There is a reason we keep coming back? Complete TRUST that he is our advocate and has our best interests in mind whether selling or buying. He is as knowledgeable as you can get for the area he covers. He is known by other realtor in the area. You may not understand the importance of this until you see him in action when you need this. All of our transactions have worked out very well over the years with little to no stress. The most recent one became a challenge, but his expertise, connections, reputation and knowledge got us out of a tough scenario and into the perfect scenario. We found the right buyer and sold/closed in 2 weeks. (not normal I'm sure but it worked out for both parties) .
