About Larry DeMarco

Broker / Realtor (25 years experience) A native of Jefferson County, WV, Larry is a Veteran of: the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Reserve, and U.S. Air National Guard. Previous experience includes: Law Enforcement, Corrections, and a Residential Contractor. Larry has been in the real estate industry since 1995. He began his career at Century 21. At Century 21 he earned recognition and honors by being named into the Century 21 Masters Club and was awarded Centurion Status for years 2001/2002/2003. He was also named into the Century 21 Million Dollar Club, and was the #1 agent for Century 21 in West Virginia for both 2001 and 2002. In July of 2003, Larry joined RE/MAX and has since been awarded Chairman Club Status. Larry is a member of the Top Producer's Hall of Fame and is a Past Director of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. He has both ABR and GRI designations. In November of 2006, Larry opened RE/MAX Realty Results in Berkeley Springs, WV. The RE/MAX Central Atlantic Region has awarded Larry w/ the Hall of Fame Club and a Lifetime Achievement Award. We have also received awards for being the #3 team in WV for 2008 and #2 Team in WV for 2009. Past awards include: 100% Club, Platinum Club, and Chairman's Club Awards. In addition, Larry has received the Martinsburg Journal's "Reader's Choice" award for the Best Real Estate Agent in years 2009,10,11,12 & 2013. Due to having agents that are "local" to all three counties in the Eastern Panhandle, we have decided to locate our team to Martinsburg with RE/MAX Real Estate Group in December 2010. This central location allows our team to more effectively offer quality service to our clients.

Larry and his team were great. I decided to sell my house in the midst of COVID-19 and Larry was open and honest with me about what I needed to do to prepare my house and what I shouldn't try to tackle in this time. He led me step by step through the entire process and I had a full price offer in days of listing. Larry and Ashley made me feel comfortable with showings and added safety requirements to keep my family and potential buyers safe.Ashley has also been great on the buying side. She got a little more than she bargained for when the contract on my new house fell through. But she's stuck with me and is now helping me navigate a new build!
