Donna is amazing. She had the energy we needed to get the sale done. More than that, she said we would get above asking, I had my doubts but we did. Got multiple offers. Every time, I needed her or info on the sale, she was on point. When I wanted to melt down, she was there to talk me off the ledge. Even offered to come help with preparing the house. He positive attitude was so appreciated and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is selling, I will use her again when I need a realtor. In the end, we bonded and I think we will be lifelong friends. You just cant help but see her value as a person and her ability to manage a high stress sale without seeing the stress was beyond expectations. She came though! My one word to her: BRAVO! I asked her to work out details with the buyer and she put the personal touch on the transaction that was well above what a realtor has to do.
