She went above and beyond on her communication, her area expertise and her negotiation skills. We were out of area buyers and even though North Carolina has a more intense buying process, it was the easiest property transaction weve ever done. Most of my agents have peaced out the moment their commission hits, but Lari has continued to service us which just blows me away! We had a lap between closing on the house and moving in and Lari went to check on our property 2x a week to make sure everything was still functioning without us even asking.
