Thank you so much Laquanda Brownlee from JP & Associates Realtors, without your help we would not find our dream home in Grand Prairie, Tx. she was so nice to us, helped us many things from beginning to the end. Even though she was very busy but always finding a way to help. She explained everything that we did not understand and gave us some good advices. We are Vietnamese , we always find Vietnamese realtors to help but this time we knew her by chance when checking a house on market. After we talked with her and because she was so nice, promise to check and keep her on that house for us and help us to make offer. she kept trying again and again when we failed offers. Not only that, she had to deal with the American sellers and a lot of documents that we could not understand all, she explained details and clearly. She is a very good realtor that I never met once before. Thanks again and again Laquanda. in the near future if we need to sell a house or buy another house, for sure we will contact her.
