I would look elsewhere if you are on a tight budget. Landon was very judgmental and didn?t give me any respect. It seems like he only has time for million dollar homes. He liked talking about himself and didn?t care to help me. He made comments that were condescending and rude and chuckled to himself. He had good knowledge of tree types and was able to point out structure issues but I wouldn?t recommend him to my worst enemy.

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions of your life but unfortunately the real estate market is filled with awful people. I am so grateful that we met Landon! He has my full trust to the point that I referred my son to him. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough but truly trustworthy and extremely hardworking. This market is terrible to buy a house in and we really had to fight to make it work but we had Landon in our corner making sure that we made good decisions. He really is a diamond in the rough.

Use this guy; I pointed Landon to various properties and he did the due diligence better and faster than I could on my own - consistently, for more than six months, until I settled on a property. One agent tried to cut him out of the deal and I refused to proceed, because I value the perspective and recommendations of an experienced agent thats there to represent my interests. Landon brought expertise, efficiency, and peace of mind. I ran through about 8 agents before I found this guy and I will only use him. Cant recommend him enough.

Landon was no pressure from the beginning. We looked at a lot of houses before I found what I wanted and he was always on time and friendly. I initially was looking at older homes and he knows his way around a house and gave me his opinion on the structure and guts of the home. I will go back to Landon if I sell the house that I bought with him.
