Working with Landon was literally a blessing. While researching the market on Oklahoma City, I came across his Oklahoma Real Estate show page and realized how knowledgeable he was on Oklahoma City and other surrounding cities. Due to a financial situation I was in, I needed a trustworthy real estate agent to help me sell a property I had purchased and renovated, originally to be rented. Landon was excellent in his communication, he advised me along the way on how to prep the property for sale, and what to appropriately price the property. Seeing that similar properties in the area were on the market for 90-120 days, I was a little worried that I wouldn?t be able to sell in a time crunch I was in.
