ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Lance with Riverwest Realty. I was buying from out of state and he made the process incredibly easy. Great communicator, knowledgable, flexible, patient, and most importantly honest (I cant stress how crucial this is in a real estate agent). Lance is not the kind of agent who wants to push through a quick sale without the buyers interest in mind; he wants you to find the right property for you and then make the transaction as smooth as possible. I'm now in my forever house, but if I ever have to buy/sell again, I'm calling Lance.
