Lance is a true Expert in both the local area as well as in his profession. He went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable and made the best decisions for our family. Not only that, but he stayed with us every step of the process. Our situation made for some difficult moments during our buying process, but he helped ease ALL of those moments and made sure we had a partner we could rely on to get everything resolved. We had to buy our house from far away, he got us video of the location. Then we had to visit the property for a VERY brief walk thru and he made sure our tight timeline was met with no issues. Lance made sure that everything went as smooth as it possibly could, and responded to all of our questions and concerns faster than i thought possible, oh yeah, and this was during the COVID pandemic.
