I am happy to get my seller money in his pocket for his future child, and have my buyer no longer renting and instead working on his new home/investment.
My sister is a #1 agent for the same broker. She works more northeast texas and more rural areas. Her passion and commitment really inspired me to seek out a career where I worked for myself.
I went to champions school of real estate and work under JPAR brokerage. JPAR has a ton of extra classes I am always in & many programs/tools to help agents better assist clients. Also with unlimited mentoring and also having a family member who is consistently top of her area teaching me I am a bit more knowledgeable than the average new agent.
