Lance Jenkins

Lance is a licensed realtor and insurance agency owner. He has been tied closely to the real estate landscape for the last 11 years, working as a licensed insurance agent and agency owner during that time specializing in home insurance. Because of this, Lance worked to become a licensed realtor in North Carolina, too, and has already helped buyers find the homes of their dreams. Lance is married to Courtney Jenkins, owner/operator of CouCreative, a digital marketing agency based in Winston Salem, North Carolina. They married in January 2020 and have three children: Kynlee (13), Avett (11), and Oliver (2). They also have a 2-year old pup named Maisy, a smaller-than-normal King Charles Cavalier with a big personality. Lance and his family reside in Winston Salem. He jokes that him being from Jackson (eastern NC) and his wife being from Swannanoa (western NC), they just "met in the middle" and started a family. He is affiliated with Adams Carolinas Realty and chose to work with them because of, in his words, the "company's obvious passion for people and clear desire to always do what's right by their clients." Lance represents both buyers and sellers in North Carolina, and helps buyers find homes for sale and gets top dollar for his sellers' homes.
