Dani was great! My wife and I were extremely picky and no matter how many homes we looked at or how many offers fell through, Dani stuck with us and stayed positive. She was always on top of things and during home visits, she would pick out any concerns with the house. In this crazy market, she made sure we were not overpaying. It was obvious her goal was to find us our dream home and not just make a sale. Dani was also able to help us sell our house and get top dollar. We are so lucky to have found Dani and we are so appreciative of all of her efforts in finding us our dream home! I would definitely recommend Dani!

Dani was a professional from the beginning. Because the sale of my home occurred during the state of emergency, Dani was diligent to ensure that we were following all guidelines to keep everyone safe. I found that Dani was quick to respond to any questions (and I had a few). In addition, she was great at staying on top of things to ensure that the process would go smoothly. Dani is very supportive and I always felt like she was looking out for me. She makes this stressful process less stressful and I am grateful that she was the one handling the sale of my house.

I can?t say enough about Dani Barthel and the Willow Home Group! True professionals that are exceptional at what they do! My father passed away last year and I decided to put his home on the market. By far, one of the hardest things I have ever done. I had endless questions and no idea what to do first.
