Prepare your property by painting, doing repairs,decluttering by getting rid of any items that you no longer use or need. In terms of pricing your property, try not to over price your property because it will take a longer time to sell, buyers are very savvy in terms of what the house values should be. You should choose a realtor who is experienced, aggressive and knows the real estate market like myself.

I have worked with numerous types of clients. Clients who are downsizing, need a smaller property or condo, upsizing to a larger property, relocating to a new State or country, need to sell for financial reasons, Estate sales, Short sale clients, foreclosures. I have also worked with Cash Investors/Buyers looking for All cash deals.

I cannot think of one transaction that I was fond of as I am fond of all my transactions. I work diligently to assist my sellers, guiding them all the way.

My background was always in sales and I was always fascinated by real estate so I started part time while I had my full time job and realized that real estate was my field. I took a package from my full time job and started real estate on a full time basis. I love being a realtor as it is rewarding for both the seller as well as the buyer.

I have excessive training in sales as well as Customer Relations. I also have a degree in Information Technology.
