Selling a home is a daunting task and I was extremely anxious about the process. After meeting with Herb and having everything explained to me, I felt better and was hopeful. Herb was so patient and forthcoming and always had a solution for any problem that may have occurred. He and his wife, Keisha, formulated a plan with attainable goals and our home sold quickly. Herb and Keisha prepped and staged our home and the pictures online were fantastic. We had non stop traffic through our home and received a full price offer. Herb also negotiated with the seller of the home we now live in. This process was stressful but again Herb was looking out for my family and we celebrated Christmas in our new home. In retrospect, I can not imagine going through the process without Team Cunningham. Selling and buying a home is stressful but manaegable if you have good people looking out for you. I decided to work with Lakeisha after meeting her through a long-time friend of mine. Who also purchased her first home with Lakeisha. Initally, I thought she was very professional and business-focused (which is what I would expect from any realtor). I knew she was golden when a pipe busted in my friends home AFTER settlement causing the basement to flood in the winter. I witnessed how she was still right there and very empathic. I was so impressed with Lakeishas follow-up and responsiveness to questions/concerns I KNEW I needed her on my team. My intuition was dead on, I felt safe and reassured throughout the entire process knowing that she was my agent. I never questioned that our wants were her wants and that she truly wanted best for me and my family, and I definately never felt my deal was just a check. She knew our market well and understood what we wanted and when we found out dream home she worked aggressively to ensure we got a fair deal. We purchased a bank-owned REO poperty in a highly sought after neighborhood and the dealing with the bank were down right UGLY. Not only that we are first time home buyers and utilized many of the credits that were available in our area and she mentored us through the whole process (working with the lenders, state agencies and so forth). Not only that, our lenders spoke highly of her which made us feel that much more comfortable. Overall, Id highly recommend - I dont think we would have closed with any other agent.
