I was born in San Jose, Costa Rica and at the age of 3 1/2 my parents moved us to the United States. Before making Florida my home, I spent 29 years as a business owner in New Jersey. My husband and I fulfilled our dream of moving to the Sunshine State in 2016 with our two very loved Persian cat's. When I am not working, I enjoy volunteering within my community, spending time with family, friends, antiquing, exploring local shops, collecting gem and rocks, reading, and continuously learning, exploring our local eateries and going for walks on our beautiful beaches. We are so happy we chose Laila Iarossi as our realtor. She is very knowledgeable and her professionalism is outstanding. We didn't know the area very well since we were from out of state, and she went above and beyond for us and made us feel comfortable and welcoming. She has the patience of an angel. She guided us in the right direction with respect to the safest and nicest areas and made sure our son was in the best school district. We made a few weekend trips to FL, and she found us our dream home. We love our home and community, and most importantly our son is doing great in school. Laila was much more to a realtor - she was our advocate and became our friend as she helped us to find a house and navigate the purchase of our new house. As a new resident to Florida, we weren't sure what area we were looking for. Laila showed us several areas that fit our want list - she got to know our four teenagers along the way and by the end she was part of the family! She helped us navigate the inspection process, she was our greatest advocate during negotiation and was very interactive in the process. We hadn't purchased a house in 20 years, so we were not familiar with a lot of the nuances - but Laila was right there every step of the way and worked all hours to make sure that we were happy and moving in the right direction with the process. I can't say enough about how she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house in a market that we weren't used to and a state that we were new to. We depended on her for everything and she delivered beyond what we could have ever expected. She was a wonderful realtor and has become a good friend to our family. We recommend her over anyone!
